The service

We sell BIGO LIVE diamonds, sent to the BIGO account whose BIGO ID you enter. Before you pay, we show the account name and picture returned by the account check, the number of diamonds and the price.

A custom amount on the website can be up to 250,000 diamonds per order.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct BIGO ID and check the name and picture shown before you pay.
• Use a payment method you are allowed to use.
• Keep your website account and the Google account you sign in with secure.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars; local-currency amounts (such as Lebanese pounds) are estimates where shown. The price is calculated on our servers when the order is created, and the payment step shows the amount to pay and its currency.

Payment methods

Our servers check that the method is available in your country before an order is accepted.

• Wallet (BIGO Diamond balance): all countries, for signed-in customers.
• Whish Money: Lebanon only; you pay in the Whish app (USD or LBP).
• Neo: Lebanon only; you pay with Neo.
• USDT: all countries, on the BEP20 or TRC20 network; processed by NOWPayments.

Payment confirmation and delivery

We send the diamonds after the payment provider confirms the payment, to the BIGO ID on the order. Delivery time depends on that confirmation; you can follow the order status on the order page. The system prevents the same order from being delivered twice.
